How to Order

1. Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you’re ready to add an item to your Shopping Cart, choose from the available options for quantity, size, color, type. Now you are ready to click "Add to Cart"

2. Starting Checkout from the Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart shows you which items you have selected, quntity, size, colour or type and your purchase subtotal. When you’re ready to continue, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.

3. When you arrive at the Checkout Page

You will again get a confirmation of your purchase details and be asked which country the goods will be shipped to and which shipping method you prefer. This is to calculate the shipping charge. If you are a UK customer and qualify for VAT relief, you can print the VAT exemption form available via the customer service menu and receive the relevant VAT refund. Once happy hit the "proceed to secure payment page" button.

You may want to print the Checkout page, which summarizes your order information.

4. Secure Payment Processing

At this point you may see a window which some browsers display when you are about to receive a secure document. It's fine to click "OK" (or "Continue") to proceed – it simply means that you will begin receiving pages in a highly secure encrypted format via our payment provider Worldpay PLC (Royal Bank of Scotland) whose environment you are now entering for secure processing and validation of your card data ensuring no third party has access to your personal details.

After your browser has entered secure mode in the banking/payment environment (Worldpay PLC), you will be asked to choose the type of purchasing card you wish to use for payment(Visa, Maestro, Switch, MasterCard etc), which currency you wish to pay in Pound Sterling, Euro etc., your personal address, your purchasing card details (Name, Address, Telephone Number/Email, Card Identifier/Issue Number) and the delivery address if different to your own. The encryption features of browser software are exceptionally powerful and ensure the security of this data as it is transmitted to the Banking Server. 5. After you Buy
