This is reliable wheelchair rainwear that is warm, windproof, breathable
and stylish. A wheelchair blanket that is designed for use throughout
the year. In spring and autumn as a thin wind and rain blanket and in
winter as a warm protective blanket with the removable thermal fleece
in place. This wheelchair blanket has an additional membrane between
the outer material and the lining making it windproof, water repellent
and vapour permeable (breathable)
