Description: Warm, windproof and water repellent reversible rain blanket. The inner fleece can be removed so this wheelchair rain blanket can be used all year round. In spring and summer as a thinner blanket and in autumn and winter as a warm blanket with inner fleece. The extra membrane between the outer material and the lining makes the rain blanket windproof, water repellent but breathable.
