and excellent service. However, should you, for any reason wish to return
any goods to Conform UK, we will refund the items under our "Returns
Policy" provided they are unused, not damaged and returned in their original
packaging within 14 days of receipt. (Please note: Products that are
manufactured to order cannot be returned / refunded). You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred when placing the order and the
cost for the return of the goods. Prior to returning the goods
you must contact us via e-mail customerservice@conformUK.com or
phone +44 (0)870 762 4841 and we will provide with your returns document and number
and the relevant returns address which you require when returning any products.
You must assure to return the goods by safe methods of transport. To ensure
this we suggest using a delivery service that requires a signature on
receipt and allows you to insure the goods against damage or loss whilst
in transit. You are responsible for the cost of the product until arrival
at the returns address.
Upon receipt and inspection of the goods a refund will be issued to you. The refund of your payment is handled through our secure payment provider Worldpay who
will issue you with a full credit to the card used for the purchase. Please
note that due to the nature of some products (bathroom, bedroom and electrical
items returns can only be accepted if neither the safety seals (electrical
products) nor the hygiene seals (bathroom and bedroom products) have been
broken. For products that are made to order such as wheelchair ramps,
mobility scooter garages, wheelchair cushions and pressure relief / orthopaedic mattresses a 30% restocking charge may apply depending on manufacturer. If unsure,

TOPAll prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. Delivery charges are calculated
according to the destination of the parcel and the shipping service and include any handling and processing fees implied by our service providers. If
you are a UK resident and registered disabled you may be eligible for
VAT relief if a product is specifically manufactured for a particular
treatment or type of condition. We will refund the VAT when applicable
through our secure payment provider Worldpay on receipt of your signed
VAT exemption form. If you would prefer to settle your payment in Euro
or US Dollars you can choose the relevant currency once you are in the
secure payment environment provided by Worldpay PLC (Royal Bank of Scotland).
Whilst we endeavour to keep prices accurate we may be unable to supply
the goods at the price shown. In this
instance we will contact you and you will have the opportunity to modify
or cancel your order. Please be aware that ConformUK.com reserves the
right to refuse bulk orders if we believe that the goods are being sold
on for retail purposes. If this is the case a member of our Customer Services
team will contact you to discuss the appropriate purchasing for distribution
channels with you.
TOPPrices that are reduced for sales and promotions via ConformUK.com are only valid for the period whilst the sale/promotion is in progress and cannot be backdated or added any time outside the offer. Sale/Promotional Items are not subject to further discounts we may offer from time to time. We offer a 10% discount on a range of products to all UK members of the Spinal Injuries Association, Paraplegics Association and many other Associations. Please email us once you have been issued your unique purchase order number and we will immediately issue a refund to your purchasing card.

Products are in line with a variety of European Standards / British Standard and the details are provided on the product pages. Technical aids for disabled persons - General requirements and test methods. Products are CE marked in accordance with the European Directive 93/42/EEC. All sizes quoted are approximate and you must allow for a 5mm +/- variation which may appear due to the intricate manufacturing processes. All weights given are approximate weights for the selected product and may vary from the actual weight as they include standard accessories supplied with the product and packaging. Whilst we assure the manufacturers conform to any European legislation for the sale of products available from us, it is outside our control as non-manufacturers to assure the specifications and materials used are in adherence to legislation as may be in force in any non-European country. It is the purchaser's responsibility to assure the product is in line with the countries appropriate standard and should it not adhere to those standards the purchaser carries risk related responsibilities herself or himself. Orders for products within the program that are not available for international resale will not be processed by us. We will provide you in such instances of the manufacturer's contact details or appointed distributor if known.

Our deliveries are handled by signed for insured postal services and also major courier companies working on a 2 to 28 day delivery service depending upon the destination of the parcel and the service used for delivery. Once your order has been processed and been issued with a "ready for despatch" note you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase and a receipt. All parcels are sent via a recorded insured trackable service.In case of the parcel not arriving with you within the estimated delivery time please contact us via e-mail customerservice@conformUK.com or phone +44 (0)870 762 4841 and provide us with your Transaction ID. In the event of loss of the parcel a replacement will be issued to you immediately or you can cancel the order if the goods are no longer required.
The delivery charges apply per purchase transaction, regardless of the quantity or variety of products ordered. Once you place your order with us, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. Your order will be processed by us within 24-72 hours at which point you will receive your order confirmation along with your receipt from our accounts department.
Parcels are sent via a selection of secure couriers and postal services: please allow 2 - 28 days for delivery depending on destination. Goods sent within the UK are generally delivered within 2 - 7 days, within Europe and the USA 7 - 14 days and other destinations 14 - 28 days. Carriage prices vary depending on the delivery destination and the weight of the goods. The carriage charge is displayed once the delivery destination has been selected at checkout. Goods supplied outside Europe will be charged VAT if the carrier does not offer a service to collect local taxes / duties on delivery of the goods. If the carrier is able to collect local duties and taxes we will refund the VAT charged at 15% to your purchasing card.
